A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Clients will be billed for all scheduled appointments canceled less than the minimum number of hours beforehand.
Upon making an appointment new clients should be prepared to provide credit card details to secure the appointment. Your card will not be charged unless there is a failure in cancellation.
All appointments are on a first come, first served basis.
All appointments may be subject to change.
No appointment is guaranteed until you speak with someone from Azure, who will confirm the appointment with you.
New clients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment for a consultation and to supply basic information about medical history, allergies and contact information.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on services, including gift certificates.
No returns on products. Exchanges may be made on unopened products.
