You can purchase any of our products online simply by clicking the "buy" button next to the desired product. Buy it for yourself or as a gift. We also have Gift Cards available in any dollar amount.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as debit cards that bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.


Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at azuredayspa@aol.com within 24 hours of purchase for a refund. Please be sure to include your order number, full name, and product ordered to ensure proper and timely cancellation and refund. Once we have shipped your order out, we will not be able to cancel it.


I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?

We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.


What do I do if I receive a product that is damaged?

If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately at azuredayspa@aol.com  for return instructions, and we will replace the item at no extra charge to you.  We do ask that you return the damaged item for inspection within 10 days of contacting our office.  Failure to return the damaged goods will result in an automatic billing for the product to your credit card.  Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you for the freight in both directions.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all of our merchandise via FedEx.  We give our clients the option to choose the method of delivery.  Please allow 24 hours for processing before the item is shipped.


Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?

No.  We require a valid street address to process all orders.
